Delivery & Dispatch Information
The shipping rates will vary, based on the weight of the order, its post code destination, and the carrier chosen. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilo.
- Australia Post (delivered approximately 4-5 business days from the date of shipment)
- If you live outside major capital cities area, then your shipment can be delayed for an extra few business days.
- All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Shipping transit time is in addition to processing time.
- Orders paid with personal cheques or e-cheques may cause a delay in shipment up to 4 days as funds need to clear the bank before the order can be released.
- There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges.
- There may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- The timing of your international package to arrive may be affected by – weather, holidays, weekends, carrier volume, customs inspections. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from ship date for your delivery. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at global@profomax.com and provide your order number.
Order Cancellations
Profomax will assess a $30 cancellation fee for all requests to cancel an order that has already been processed and sent to Profomax fulfilment centre. That fee would be deducted from any refund processed once the order has been pulled from the shipping line and cancelled. We strongly urge customers to review their Repeat Delivery order information at least 72 hours prior to its set processing date to ensure all products, addresses and payment information is correct.
